DOWNSTAIRS
The main level features open-concept living with a newly remodeled kitchen open to the dining room and family room. The gorgeous kitchen is updated with quartzite granite countertops, white cabinetry, and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. Enjoy preparing meals with bright recessed lighting and also under cabinet lights all equipped with dimmers. Make a cup of coffee with the Keurig machine at the separate coffee bar. The living room is very spacious and with modern furnishings, a deep oversized couch, and new comfortable chairs with ottomans. Take a break from the sun and get cozy with plenty of blankets and throw pillows to curl up and watch a movie or read a book. Grab a puzzle or game to play from the TV console cabinet.
MASTER BEDROOM
You will love the stunning master suite updated with a brand new king-sized bed, mattress, and fresh white bedding. Almost everything in this bedroom is brand new from the modern chair-and-a half that pulls out into a twin bed, to the lamps with plugs and adjustable lighting by touch, to new artwork and end tables. There is tons of storage space in the huge closet spanning one entire wall, storage drawers under the bed, and the large dresser. Enjoy your own TV equipped with cable. Open your blackout curtains when you wake to admire the sunset on the beach from your private balcony.
GUEST BEDROOM
The second bedroom is very well-appointed with all white furniture and its own spacious balcony. This room includes a comfortable queen bed as well as twin bunk beds. Feel free to unpack your bags in the closet and full-sized dresser. Step outside the sliding glass door onto and check out the community grounds and pool from your own balcony. This room also includes a TV mounted on the wall with cable.
BATHROOMS
Each floor has a full bathroom that is fully updated with granite and marble throughout. Both bathrooms feature nice, large walk-in showers with glass doors. Sink vanities are stocked with clean towels and extra toilet paper. A baby/toddler bath tub and stool for the sink is available for use to make the stay convenient with young children.
PATIO & BALCONIES
Whether you’re inside or outside on the patio, the entire downstairs boasts beautiful views of the palm trees and sand dunes. Open the sliding doors downstairs to a large patio with both lounge chairs and a high-top table with 4 chairs. Your patio walks right out onto lush, green grass that is adjacent to the boardwalk. After an amazing time out in the sun, hose your feet and beach chairs off with the hose on your back patio and take a seat on your comfortable, private patio. Both bedrooms offer their own private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a glass of wine with the sunset.
BEACH ACCESS & GARAGE
From Anchors Aweigh, you are literally only a few steps away from the boardwalk that takes you directly to the beach. You are so close to the beach that it’s easy to run back for lunch or to grab a boogie board to ride the waves! The garage offers utmost convenience to keep your vehicle out of the sun and store all of your personal belongings and beach gear. Unloading your luggage and groceries is quick and painless with your car parked in the garage. The garage is equipped with 2 new adult beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach toys, corn hole, bocce ball, a grill, and more. A full-sized washer and dryer is available for your use throughout your stay.
